We understand that plans can change. If you won’t be able to make it to your appointment, please let us know ahead of time. This helps us adjust your schedule to a more convenient time for you and also allows us to give your slot to another patient who may need immediate care.

Pediatrics – Bring any past medical records, vaccination history, and a list of questions or concerns. For younger children, you can explain in simple terms what will happen during the visit and bring a comfort item, like a favorite toy, to help them feel at ease.

Dermatology – Bring a list of your skin concerns, any current skincare products you use, and relevant medical history, including allergies and medications. If you’re coming in for a specific treatment, ask beforehand if you should avoid certain products or sun exposure.
